Shipping & returns


Freed of London aims to dispatch orders placed before 12pm GMT the same day. However, during busy periods it may take longer to dispatch your order. We therefore ask that you allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Freed of London will send your order via either UPS or another trackable delivery service. Freed of London cannot accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels. Undelivered parcels that have been returned to Freed of London may be subject to a redelivery fee you still require the goods. Accessories ordered with shoes will be dispatched at no extra cost, the delivery charge will be calculated by the total amount of shoes that have been ordered. Accessories ordered on their own will be subject to the minimum postage charge which is equal to the postage charge of one pair of shoes. Please refer to the table below for our shipping charges.

EU Customers

Following the UK’s departure from the EU, please note that orders from the EU no longer are subject to UK taxes.

However, please be aware, customs taxes and import duties, where applicable, are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and Freed of London have no control over these charges.

The request for payment will come from your local shipping company, which will need to be paid within two weeks in order for you to receive your delivery. If the charges are not paid, please note the goods may be destroyed or returned to Freed of London.

If for some reason you no longer require your purchase from Freed of London, please send your request for a return within seven working days starting on the day following your receipt of shipment. Your request for return can be sent via e-mail:, Fax: +44(0) 116 254 5468, or by post to the address below. Returned goods must be in their original packaging complete with sole saver plastic covers. We are unable to accept returns on nylon based products as the goods cannot be restored to the same physical state in which they were supplied due to the distorted nature of the goods once they have been worn. Nylon products that have been deemed faulty by Freed of London will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Sending your return

When returning your item, please ensure the package is securely wrapped or boxed with a copy of your original invoice included in the package. Failure to include a copy of your original invoice will cause a delay when processing your return. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods as Freed of London is unable to accept any responsibility for goods that may have gone missing in the post. If your item does get lost in the post you can use your proof of postage to make an insurance claim with the postage provider that was used for returning the goods. The customer has a statutory duty to arrange for the return of unsuitable goods in reasonable care. All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty by Freed of London. Freed of London can offer a returns collection service for a standard courier charge. Your refund will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that was used to place the order. All returns postal charges are to be paid by the customer unless the item has been deemed faulty by the returns department.
